If you notice many Computer Management tasks backing up, you can try increasing this to process them faster if your server has sufficient resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"use-the-local-administrator-account-when-possible\">Use the Local Administrator Account When Possible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If checked, when tasked with performing a Computer Management operation OVERLAPS will attempt to read each computer\u2019s Local Admin password from AD first, and if successful it will then use this account to connect to the computer and perform the operation. This can make configuring the permissions for Computer Management tasks easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have renamed or use a different account for the Local Administrator account, you can also specify this here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"computer-management-tools\">Computer Management Tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This globally enables or disables the different Computer Management Task tools. Permission must be granted to use the tools on a per-container basis from the Permissions screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scheduled-device-status-email-reports\">Scheduled Device Status Email Reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use these settings to schedule an automatic report to be run and emailed according to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"report-top-level-ou-distinguished-name\">Report Top Level OU Distinguished Name<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The top-level OU to report on. All child OUs will be included in the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"report-email-sending-frequency-in-minutes\">Report Email Sending Frequency (in minutes)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How often (in minutes) the report should be sent. For example, to send the report once a day, set this to 1440 minutes (60 minutes x 24 hours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"report-selection\">Report Selection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which reports should be run on this schedule and emailed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"email-addresses-to-send-reports-to\">Email Address(es) to Send Reports To<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The email address or addresses (semi-colon-separated) to which the report should be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"maximum-number-of-devices-to-include-in-a-single-report\">Maximum Number of Devices to Include in a Single Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To prevent very large reports being sent, you can limit the number of devices included in a single report.
