This information is written to the Active Directory description field if OVERLAPS has permission to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bitlocker-recovery-keys\">Bitlocker Recovery Keys<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the option is enabled (see <a href=\"https:\/\/overlaps.co.uk\/docs\/overlaps-documentation\/configuration\/settings\/active-directory\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"148\">Configuration -&gt; Settings -&gt; Active Directory<\/a>), users with Read Computer Information permission can also retrieve the Bitlocker Recovery Key of a computer by clicking the &#8220;Reveal Recovery Key&#8221; link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to read the Bitlocker Recovery Key from Active Directory, OVERLAPS must be given the delegate rights to do so.
